Kerri leads the bus safety strategic change programme at Transport for London. The innovative and world-leading Bus Safety Programme delivers effective and measurable safety change in London and is successfully challenging the inertia across the bus industry both in the UK and internationally. Kerri has led the development and delivery of the multi award-winning Bus Safety Standard, London’s bus driver fatigue programme, and recently she published TfL’s Bus Safety Strategy. For the last six years, Jonathan McKenzie has been Health Safety and Environment Business Partner at First Bus South. Based in Hampshire, his role covers the South Coast of England and First Bus’ operations in Ireland.
An experienced health and safety expert, his goal is to help promote the safe use of public transport, from the drivers and passengers on board, through to engineers maintaining vehicles in the depots. Graham is an experienced Operational Readiness and Business Change Manager delivering successful transformations at Heathrow Airport.
During the Covid-19 crisis, he led multiple projects on the consolidation of Terminal infrastructure, and the move of over 50 airline and handling companies between Terminals, as well as leading trials to open ‘Red Route’ operations.
Since 2018, Graham’s main focus is on one of the world’s largest passenger automation projects, leading teams in designing and delivering the operational requirements needed to bring self-service technologies into live operation.

Bethany Windsor CMILT is Head of Skills Policy at Logistics UK, encompassing the Generation Logistics programme. Generation Logistics is a sector awareness campaign that promotes the profession to young people and their educators and secures the next generation of supply chain professionals. As a former teacher, inspiring the next generation to choose the logistics sector is a personal and professional passion for Bethany.
Head of Operational Readiness and Airline Moves - Heathrow
Erol is a Senior Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience in Manufacturing, Aerospace and Aviation industry sectors. Since 2018, Erol’s focus has been leading the Operational Readiness and Airline Moves teams for Heathrow Airport; a leadership role specialising in transition management activities to build operational confidence for complex capital and business critical project solutions.
Erol successfully executed 50+ airline business relocations within weeks under Heathrow’s consolidation effort as part of the pandemic response. This contributed directly to savings of £3m per day at the height of the pandemic. Since 2020 his focus has been supporting business recovery through the reopening of Terminals, T3 and T4 while ensuring smooth transition across Heathrow’s diverse capital portfolio.
Erol is an MBA (Henley) with a B.Eng in Materials Science and Metallurgy (Coventry University) and an MSc in Welding and Adhesive Bonding (Brunel University). He is also a certified ProSci Change Practitioner.

Learning & Development and Strategy Manager - BAE Systems
Dr Darran Clarke MCIPS, FCILT, FRAeS is the L&D and Strategy Manager for the Production Planning and Logistics function for BAE Systems (AIR). With a career spanning 35 years primarily in the aerospace industry he has held senior roles in project management, change management, operations management, procurement, risk management and compliance at several different companies. In addition Darran has also worked in academia at Warwick Manufacturing Group and gained a PhD in supply chain management from the University of Bolton. Darran is passionate about continuous improvement and self-development and applies this mind-set to his current role to enable others to improve their capabilities.

Claire Haigh is Executive Director at Zemo Partnership. Senior Programme Manager, Network Rail
Martin’s data and railway experience spans two decades, from front line engineering roles to leading Network Rail’s advanced R&D analytics team.
Martin is at the forefront of moving Network Rail towards predict and prevent railway maintenance through the development and deployment of insight, presenting the vast amounts of data already collected in an easy to understand format to help teams fix faults before they occur. Saving passengers and freight services from needless delays.

Kelley has over thirty years’ experience managing large infrastructure change programmes from airports to railways, people, and property to technology. She’s an accredited programme manager and holds an MBA.
Kelley drives change through building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation, always putting people and their needs at the centre of the process.
Her current role focuses on the adoption of insight, a web-app designed by Network Rail to support maintenance teams predict and prevent faults. She’s pioneering a strategic and collaborative approach to adoption involving all levels of the organisation from winning the hearts and minds of front-line colleagues to senior leaders, plus integration into process standards to embed lasting change.

Catherine Milner is a Chartered Engineer, FIOM and FCILT with over 30 years’ experience in supply chain and operations management, and production engineering. Operational roles in Aerospace, Telecommunications and Petrochemicals eventually led to consultancy and accademia including university lecturing. As a past apprentice herself, she was delighted to design and develop a professionally accredited module and workshops for undergarduate apprentices. She is a published writer, including co-authoring books on Inventory Management. Her work has taken her across mainland Europe, Singapore, India and the Middle East as well as the UK, allowing her to share her knowledge and experiences with students, companies and professional audiences widely.
Beyond her engineering and logistics work, Catherine has been involved in the voluntary and charity sectors, both professionally and otherwise, including: as a trustee and chair for several charities; in the arts when directing the SnodFest music festival; and as an ambassador for Women in Engineering.

Dave studied computer science at Sheffield University before entering industry with British Steel at their River Don facility in Sheffield. He now looks back at that time as a defining moment in his career. Having been brought up in a very practical/farming background, he was fascinated by the process of industry, recognising that many of the common sense and practises of farming equally applied to business processes.
Having spent some time in the software industry, where he was involved in the development of planning and scheduling systems, the desire to be involved in the practical process of real business change lead him to join Rolls Royce and Bentley Cars. During his seven years at Rolls Royce he was responsible for the development of manufacturing systems before becoming a prime mover in their supply chain/ERP implementation programme. This eventually lead to one of the Rolls Royce divisions achieving Class A against the Oliver Wight ABCD checklist.
In 1987 Dave left Rolls Royce to set up his own education and consulting company. He specialised in the integration of Planning and Control, Continuous Improvement and Change Management. He now focuses on the implementation of change through strategic alignment of the integrated Business Management process. Extended Supply Chain Management and Global Sales and Operations Planning are the particular expertise of Dave.
He has worked extensively in Asia, Africa, Russia, the Middle east, Europe, the USA, South America and of course the UK in a complete cross section of industries, which include chemical process, food, electronic, tobacco, engineering and automotive. Companies such as CAT, Abbott Laboratories, UCB, British American Tobacco, Philips, Hallmark Cards, TR Fastenings, MARS, JCB, Cadbury Schweppes, Perkins, Pladis, Henkel, Betty’s and Taylors and Akzo Nobel have all been supported by Dave’s unique style of education and consultancy.
Dave holds a BSc in computer sciences and a MBA from the University of Northern Washington, he is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transportation. He has written many published articles on Business Excellence and is extremely sought after as a very entertaining and practical business educator and speaker.
